As the new year begins to unfold, we thought it best to enlist our international team to curate a lineup of 25 truly noteworthy upcoming events. Whether it’s Paul Mescal on stage in Brooklyn in the iconic Tennessee Williams play, Carlo Ratti curating a masterful biennale in Venice, or David Bowie’s archive en masse in London—we’ve highlighted the happenings that have most captured our attention. The Louvre Fashion Exhibition, Paris, January-July

José De Ribera Exhibition, Paris, January-February

Alvin Ailey Exhibition, New York City, January-February

As a rare car enthusiast, I am looking forward to attending The Supercar Revolution in Miami in February—it’s the perfect time to escape the New York cold and take in views of incredible state-of-the-art vehicles under the Florida sun! A Streetcar Named Desire Revival Play, Brooklyn, February-April
Like everyone else, I’m a big fan of Paul Mescal. He recently starred in a revival of “A Streetcar Named Desire” in London’s West End, and next year it’s running at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Mdou Moctar Concert, The U.S. And Canada, February
Music is my anchor, and I am excited to have a number of events already lining up in 2025. The upcoming acoustic set of Mdou Moctar and his band in New York in February is one of them. He is an incredible guitarist and songwriter from Nigeria. His roots are in Tuareg traditional music and western rock and blues. “Art Is In The Street” Exhibition, Paris, March-July
I’m looking forward to visiting the “L’art est dans la rue” exhibition at the Musée d’Orsay, which will open in March and look back at Parisian posters from the nineteenth century. It is my favorite museum, and their exhibitions are always extremely well curated. I’m looking forward to the 19th La Biennale di Venezia—the International Architecture Exhibit. The biennale calls architects from around the world to represent their countries with a pavilion. This year’s curation is by Italian architect Carlo Ratti (with offices in NYC, Torino, and London). One cultural event in Greece I’m most looking forward to next year is the Epidaurus Festival at the ancient Epidaurus Theatre. Known for its stunning acoustics and historical significance, this annual event showcases captivating performances of Greek tragedies and contemporary works. Attending a play in the open-air theater, surrounded by the beauty of the Peloponnesian landscape, feels like a journey back in time. I’m excited to visit the Leeum Museum in Seoul this winter. I visit every time I am in Korea. The permanent collection carries some of the most iconic pieces from artists such as Cy Twombly, Kohei Nawa, Anish Kapoor, Horn Romi, and more.
