And this is how Tom Nichol enters the scene: former Tanqueray master distiller, with over forty years of experience in the art of gin, second person in the world to win the GIN GUILD AWARD title in 2015, he was the one who lit the fuse which would lead to the birth of THE GARDENER It is his hand that created the perfect balance between every ingredient and every nuance, to obtain an elegant, fresh and timeless gin.
The choice of raw materials is fundamental, botanicals of the highest quality among which juniper, angelica, coriander and liquorice emerge. These are joined by the freshness of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and orange, both sweet and bitter, coming from the heart of the French Riviera. On the nose there is a pleasant aroma of juniper and a light hint of orange, with a hint of blackcurrant; the taste is harmonious and enveloping, with notes of citrus and juniper in perfect balance to caress the palate with elegance until the soft, long and persistent finish.
