The Paoloni Autumn Winter 21 22 season aspires to give a sense of security and normality to everyday life through garments. The “casualization” of the masculine style also becomes an absolute priority for formalwear and sees the emergence of even more markedly comfortable proposals.
The jackets, icons of the brand, become more oversized and soft, made of stretch fabrics, jersey both in wool and in cashmere and fleece. Pants also increase in volume with pleats and drawstring. The nuances are tinged with brown, gray and beige, on pied de poule, check and micro texture. The palette of fleece and jersey jackets is more lively, adding to the aforementioned colors, ocher, red, burgundy, green in addition to the timeless blue.
The black and white combination is the protagonist, also with camel forays on textures such as check, pied de poule, windows, herrings and pinstripes, and which we find as a must in dresses. These have important but never excessive lapels and shoulders with a natural construction that are often combined with pleated trousers. The patterns are: pinstripes, windows, prince of wales and macro check, made on textured or textured fabrics.
Of particular relevance is a series of quilted garments, which renew the interest in a style of the past inspired by camp, but where the detail has been transformed and evolved towards unusual uses, allowing it to take on a new life. In the collection we find coats and jackets, both solid color and pied de poule but quilted with water-repellent flannel and padded with thermore.
Coats have a more enveloping fit; almost to protect, made of wool, and alpaca wool in micro and macro textures, in the warm colors of the earth. The dressing gown coat stands out, which stretches and is presented strictly in black and white. The jackets are in technical wool, with goose down interiors. The duffle coat in military cloth reveals orange details on the inside.
The Paoloni Tecno Urban capsule is destined to become a must have collection: technical clothing but at the service of daily use, where the performance of technological fabrics coexist while respecting a formal aesthetic. Dresses, outerwear and trousers have a minimal and elegant look that coexists with the performance of technical, breathable, machine washable and easy drying fabrics. This season, the garments are also designed to adapt to the needs of Greenmoving. In particular, the duster coat and the jacket with bib feature a series of tricks with reflective fabric and retractable thermo-welded tapes, but visible if necessary, hidden under the collar of the jacket, in the back or used as a sill on the bottom of the trousers
