Hennessy, the world’s leading cognac brand, announces its latest collaboration with acclaimed artist Jean-Michel Othoniel, known for his monumental sculptures and hand-blown glass works. This partnership brings to life two extraordinary creations, which unite and pay homage to the worlds of art and luxury spirits: Hennessy X.O Masterpiece and Hennessy X.O Limited Edition.
Over the years Hennessy has collaborated with the most renowned talents in design, fashion and culture, including designer Tom Dixon, star architect Frank Gehry and fashion icon Kim Jones.
Inspired by Hennessy’s rich heritage of knowledge and craftsmanship over 250 years of history, Othoniel first created the X.O. decanter. Masterpiece, a unique piece where tradition and innovation coexist in perfect harmony: in addition to being infused with the characteristic brilliance – Othoniel’s stylistic signature – made of light and reflections, it is adorned with precious crystals destined to become the object of desire of collectors of everything the world.
